Abstract

For production control purposes, the physical parameters such as temperature and pressure were determined in the cavity of a mould by installing sensors. The production process from the incoming material to the cured and finished workpiece was recorded with data loggers. The sensor values determined serve as input parameters for the creation of a simulation model that is intended to represent reality based on the measured data.
