Abstract

In this paper, a novel solution for mm-Wave narrowband filter with dielectric resonators (DR) is proposed where dielectric resonators are integrated with PCB board, and thus opening possibility for direct integration of such filter with other system components. In addition, this solution enables preservation of degradation of unloaded Qu of dielectric resonators leading to filters that have very narrow bandwidth at microwave and millimeter wave frequencies and high selectivity. This solution is targeting demanding ground and space applications.
