Abstract
This article introduces a capacitor-loaded broadband waveguide high-pass filter and its simulation results. We first proved that the use of capacitive loading technology can shorten the length of the transmission line based on the transmission line theory. Using CAD simulation, we obtained the structural parameters of the capacitor-loaded high-pass filter. And the two ends of the filter are connected by SMA connectors. From the simulation results, we can see that this capacitor-loaded high-pass waveguide filter has the advantages of small size, high frequency doubling, and good stopband selectivity.
