Abstract

This thesis describes the process required to adapt a current state-of-the-art code deployment workflow, currently utilizing automated code generation by means of Simulink for a Model-Based Design Rapid Control Prototyping Platform, so that the existing Simulink model can be used on a new Infineon Aurix Microcontroller with minimal changes needed for the user in the Matlab/Simulink environment.
Additionally, by the integration of Infineon OneEye within this custom Simulink Library this implementation benefits from the ability to dynamically tune and modify the controller operation during runtime. With a focus in the application of fast switching Power Factor Correction topologies with an Interleaved Totem-Pole topology being utilized as an example implementation due to the complexity of controller design and demanding hardware timing requirements.
