Gas-sensing is still a challenging area in the field of technical sciences. An implementation which is reusable, power-efficient and sensible to a variety of gases is the ultimate goal. Colorimetric gas-sensing is a new approach which could target all this issues. Different chemical dyes are used to induce a reversible color-change when a specific gas is detected. The vision of the work is the realization of this novel chemical sensing.
