Personal profile

Research interests

I am actively involved in the development of flexible and printed electronic solutions for various applications at SAL. I have done my Ph.D. in the Electrical Engineering department at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. I have been working with a keen focus on various research topics of semiconductor devices such as Sensors for environmental pollution monitoring, memristors for neuromorphic computing applications, and bio-mimetic devices which require knowledge and expertise from both electrical engineering and materials science. I have gained knowledge through half a decade of experience in nanofabrication and characterization of semiconductor devices and beyond the CMOS technologies.
