    Abstract

    The invention discloses the CMUT based on MOSFETSResonance signal exports network, including biasing networks, CMUTs, coupled capacitor, positive voltage, negative voltage, NMOS network, PMOS network, feedback resistance, feedback capacity, filter network, phase inverter and frequency counter.Biasing networks provide DC voltage for CMUTs and avoid current overload;PMOS network and NMOS network are to vibrate small signal and providing gain;Feedback resistance makes PMOS network and NMOS network be in identical transitional region;Feedback capacity is come oscillating signal of decaying.The present invention is based on MOSFET inherent logic feedback principles, the resonance circuit of PMOS and NMOS is applied in design, it is good with COMS processing compatibility, adapt to the CMUTs of different frequency, waveform shaping can be amplified, output CMUTs resonance frequency in real time is of great significance for the integrated and real-time detection application of CMUTs resonant mode biochemical sensor.
