Beschreibung
The shift towards sustainable design across industries is driven by the need to reduce greenhouse gas emissions [1]. In this context, the development of low-impact electronics is crucial, especially for short-lived point-of-care diagnostics. Functional printing may enable eco-friendly electronics by reducing resource use and integrating bio-based materials. To assess sustainability, Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) evaluates the global warming potential (GWP) of design choices for a previously presented wireless Acetone sensor tag [2], identifying opportunities and environmental hotspots to guide sustainable development.| Zeitraum | 26 Feb. 2025 |
