A fully additively manufactured, highly sensitive, resistive, Chitosan-based humidity sensors tag on bio-based flexible thermoplastic polyurethane is presented. Combined with a commercial, battery-less UHF sensing chip, the sensor tag presents a sustainable approach to humidity monitoring for manifold applications, keeping electronic waste to a minimum.
